Project Overview

Establishing Business plan, including technical operating factor for manufacturing Bi-component stable fibers (two polymers from the same spinneret with both polymers contained within the same filament ) that are based on (PET & PP) / (PE & PP) / (PET & Nylon ) polymers, used for manufacturing Nonwoven web formation by using the following manufacturing technology Dry laid – Fiber based, and Spun melt and Wet laid – Fiber based.

The use of bicomponent fibers in the production of nonwoven fabrics is growing. Manufacturers are discovering bicomponent fibers provide a cost-effective way to create customized nonwoven products with a wide range of beneficial characteristics. Bicomponent fiber nonwovens are the material of choice for products such as infant diapers, toddler training pants, feminine care products, adult incontinence products, medical under pads, wound care, and absorbent bandages.
